When will my canopy be installed?
The start of assembly is agreed with you and is usually scheduled for the morning of the day of assembly. If the roofing cannot be completed, a date for completion will be agreed with you. Appointments for completion are made from 13:00.
When will my awning or sliding elements be installed?
Once your canopy has been installed, we will arrange an installation date for the awning or sliding elements with you. Appointments for the installation of awnings or sliding elements are made from 13:00.
I would like to extend my KD u00dcberdachung with an awning or sliding glass elements. And now?
The fine measurement is carried out after completion of the roofing. Your desired awning or glass sliding elements are then ordered. When ordering sliding elements, a second appointment may be required for the preparation and then the fine measurements are taken.
Where can I get awning samples to look at and touch?
- We have a selection of awning samples in our stores for you to look at and touch.
- Depending on availability, we can send you a fabric sample case, which you can return to us free of charge after checking it with the enclosed return slip.
Delivery times according to fine dimensions
- Awnings: approx. 4 – 6 weeks
- Sliding glass elements: approx. 10 – 12 weeks
As soon as we receive a delivery date for the ordered goods from the manufacturer, we will call you to arrange an appointment. We would like to point out that there may be longer waiting times due to shortages of raw materials.
Electrical installation
- According to the VDE standard, we are not permitted to carry out any electrical work; a specialist electrical company must be commissioned by the customer.
- LED lighting or awnings are also tested for functionality on site using our test equipment.
When will the invoice be paid?
Bank transfer
- Payment is made after completion by instant bank transfer or standard bank transfer to the account number of the respective location.
- If you have received the offer by e-mail, we also need your order number in the reason for payment.
